Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician Maintenance Technician, Ryan Place, Kent Apartments 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM on-call rotation We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top-notch shape. Your role involves repairs, upgrades, and maintaining a welcoming environment inside and outside our properties. Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Complete repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.</li>
<li>Help maintain the property's appearance and amenities.</li>
<li>Prepare vacant units for new residents.</li>
<li>Perform various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications/Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.</li>
<li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.</li>
<li>Must have own hand tools.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.</li>
