** SAP Master Data Analyst (Manufacturing / Supply Chain)

** Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

**Position Overview

**

We are seeking an SAP Master Data Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to manage the coordination, maintenance, and governance of critical manufacturing and supply chain master data. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end data accuracy across enterprise systems (SAP/ECC, sIDMa, OMP+) to support production planning, shop-floor execution, and quality release in a regulated manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities

**

• **Master Data Maintenance & Governance:

  ** Coordinate, create, and maintain critical GxP manufacturing master data elements in SAP/ECC (including Material Master, Bill of Materials/BOM, Master Recipes, Production Versions, Resources/Work Centers, and Routing standards).

• **Technical Impact & Feasibility Analysis:

  ** Evaluate change requests and new product introductions (NPI) to determine technical data feasibility and cross-functional impacts on MRP, finite scheduling, inventory, and finance.

• **System Integration & Synchronization:

  ** Manage and reconcile data flows between SAP ECC, supply chain planning tools (OMP+), and master data repository platforms (sIDMa).

• **Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis:

  ** Act as the primary point of contact for master data discrepancies, transactional failures, and interface issues; conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative data controls.

• **Testing & Continuous Improvement:

  ** Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, support site and global data harmonization projects, and author/update Master Data standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

• **Compliance & Collaboration:

  ** Ensure all data operations adhere to cGMP, GxP, and site quality standards, collaborating closely with Tech Ops, Supply Planning, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Engineering.

**Minimum Qualifications

**

• **Education:

  ** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Mandatory).

• **Experience:

  ** 3–4 years of dedicated Master Data Management (MDM) / Master Data Analyst experience.

• **System Expertise:

  ** Hands-on experience with SAP ECC managing manufacturing/supply chain master data (Material Master, BOM, Recipes, Production Versions, Resources).

• **Industry Focus:

  ** Prior experience within Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or FMCG manufacturing.

• **Regulatory Knowledge:

  ** Solid understanding of GxP / cGMP compliance environments and change control procedures.

• **Location & Work Authorization:

  ** Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite per week in Malvern, PA).

**Preferred Qualifications

**

• Hands-on exposure to OMP+ (OM Partners planning software) or sIDMa.

• Familiarity with SAP Production modules (SAP PP / SAP PP-PI / SAP EP).
