Evening Team Lead – Part-Time
Office Pride of San Antonio–Helotes


Are you dependable, organized, and someone who enjoys helping others succeed? Office Pride of San Antonio–Helotes is looking for a motivated Evening Team Lead to help support our cleaning teams and maintain excellent service at our customer locations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is comfortable traveling between locations during evening hours. You’ll help keep teams on track, check cleaning quality, assist with employee training, and step in when additional support is needed.

Schedule

Evening shifts with two potential schedule options:

• Wednesday through Sunday evenings or
  
  
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday evenings
  
  

Applicants must be available to work one of these schedules and be comfortable traveling between customer locations in the San Antonio area.

What You’ll Do

• Visit customer locations to support evening cleaning operations.
  
  
• Perform quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
  
  
• Help train new team members on cleaning procedures and customer expectations.
  
  
• Assist with staffing coverage when employees are absent.
  
  
• Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed.
  
  
• Communicate with employees and management regarding service needs and concerns.
  
  
• Document inspections and service updates using a smartphone and company apps.
  
  
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, and consistent customer service.
  
  
• Lead by example and help ensure our customers receive the quality service they expect.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older.
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
  
  
• Availability for one of the evening schedules listed above.
  
  
• Dependable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility.
  
  
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  
  
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications.
  
  
• Able to travel between multiple customer locations.
  
  
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with commercial cleaning.
  
  
• Able to provide required I-9 employment eligibility documentation.
  
  

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
