Your Impact: Leading High-Speed Automation
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a highly skilled team of 7 to 10 multi-skilled mechanics, serving as the tactical anchor for plant reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and elevate a crew of mechanical and electrical technicians across daily shift handoffs.
- Maximized Plant Uptime: Direct shift work orders, emergency repairs, and capital equipment installation projects to ensure peak manufacturing output.
- Advanced Automation Guard: Oversee troubleshooting on high-speed packaging machinery, robotics, automated systems, and 3-phase power distribution.
- Compliance Champion: Drive flawless execution of preventive maintenance schedules under strict AIB, SQF, and OSHA safety frameworks.
- Resource Optimization: Strategically plan parts inventory and shift schedules to minimize production downtime.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of maintenance supervisory or lead tech experience in an industrial manufacturing setting (food processing, high-speed packaging, or consumer goods preferred)
- Technical Roots: experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics diagnostics.
- Automation Mastery: Practical capability with PLC troubleshooting, robotics, VFDs, and automated industrial controls.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity keeping facility practices aligned with OSHA standards (SQF/AIB food safety knowledge is a massive plus).
- Language Edge: Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are highly preferred to seamlessly lead our diverse workforce.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a 12-hour 2-2-3 shift rotation and handle emergency on-call needs.
