Qualifications
- BS Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field required, significant technical experience can be substituted.
- 6+ years of software engineering experience.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience building automated delivery pipelines.
- Experience developing or maintaining software in at least one language (TypeScript, JavaScript, C#, Python, Java etc.)
- Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve developer productivity, deployment reliability, and engineering efficiency across multiple product teams.
- Develop tools to enhance the full development process from design to production.
- Measure and improve engineering productivity and satisfaction.
- Relentlessly prioritize delivery speed and reliability to drive engineering efficiency across the team.
- Design, build, and evolve CI/CD platforms leveraging Jenkins, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
