Quality and Sanitation Specialist II
3988 35.00 an hour+ 10 PTO days
8 hours. The job will start on 3rd shift, and will need to rotate to 2nd shift and weekend shift
Education / Certifications:
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Job specific requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in quality, food safety, or manufacturing roles.
• Experience executing quality holds, investigations, and documentation.
• Willingness to work assigned production shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements (e.g., QCMS, HACCP, FSSC) preferred.
Work schedule:
• Second Shift: M-F 3pm to 11pm
• Third Shift: M-F 11pm to 7am
• WE B Shift: S-S- M 7pm to 7am F: Alternates every week Fridays 6am-10am/11am-3pm
