1. 10–20 qualified Zillow Preferred leads per agent, per month
2. Agents closing 2+ transactions per month within their first 90 days
3. Full CRM support (FUB and Sisu) so nothing falls through the cracks

What you need:

1. Active WA real estate license
2. At least 1–2 closed transactions
3. Comfort managing a CRM and fast lead response times ("speed to lead" matters here)
