What This Role Actually Looks Like
- Residential cleaning — deep cleans, recurring maintenance, move-in/move-out, and more
- No two days look exactly the same — we handle a wide range of residential property needs
- Representing MLS in client homes with professionalism and care — sometimes solo
- Communicating clearly with clients and the team — before, during, and after
- Spotting what needs to be done and doing it — without being asked
- Driving to job sites in your own reliable vehicle

- $18/hr starting — with a real 30-day raise review based on quality, speed, and ownership

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license + reliable personal vehicle to get to job sites
- Smartphone with ability to use scheduling and communication apps
- Physically able to perform cleaning work — lifting, bending, standing for extended periods
- Cleaning experience preferred — but the right attitude beats a resume every time
