ComResource is looking for a Technical Project Manager – AI & Customer Experience (Remote).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of AI-driven customer experience solutions into enterprise contact centers.
- Work alongside a dedicated third-party integration partner to orchestrate the architecture, integration, and adoption of modern AI tools within the enterprise ecosystem.
- Lead with authority and a strategic mindset; proactively identify roadblocks, challenge the status quo, and drive the team toward solutions.
- Run Steering Committee meetings, provide clear executive updates, and serve as the critical bridge between technical delivery teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Direct and manage external integration partners, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and scope.
- Lead integrations within complex enterprise environments, coordinating technical workstreams required to embed AI capabilities into existing support infrastructure.
- Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the project delivers maximum ROI.
- Protect project scope and manage risks, applying critical thinking to navigate the complexities of deploying new AI capabilities.
Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading complex software implementation or systems integration projects.
- Experience deploying modern Customer Experience tools, conversational AI, intelligent routing, or similar generative AI solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
- Deep understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
Desired:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience integrating solutions with systems such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.
