Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Cleaner role based in Chardon, OH. The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial spaces, including offices, common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and hallways. Daily tasks may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and replenishing supplies. The role also involves using cleaning equipment safely, following company procedures and checklists, and reporting maintenance or safety issues as needed. The Commercial Cleaner is expected to work efficiently, adhere to health and safety standards, and support a clean, orderly environment for clients and coworkers.\n

- Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal with consistent quality.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and adherence to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Capacity to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate weights, and moving equipment.
- Basic communication skills to follow instructions, work with a team or independently, and interact professionally with clients and supervisors.
- Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
