Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a detail-oriented and driven Project Coordinator in Suwanee. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing projects from planning through production, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for customers in the rubber and plastics industry. In a Project Coordinator job youll be responsible for:
- Takingincoming customer orders.
- Answer to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Serve as a liaison between customer and sales team
- Coordinating project timelines across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams

Maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports

Communicating project updates, risks, and action items to internal teams and leadership

Assisting with meetings, agendas, and follow-up on action items

Helping ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and production goals
What youll need:
-
2+ years of project coordination or project support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; especially Excel

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- $23/hr. + DOE
