Facility Inspections: Check building systems, rooms, and common areas regularly to find safety risks or broken parts.

Repairs & Upgrades: Fix plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC units, or manage outside contractors for big jobs.

Preventive Care: Run routine checks on emergency generators, boilers, and call-bell systems.

Safety Compliance: Keep the facility aligned with state and federal health and safety rules.

Record Keeping: Log all completed work orders, safety checks, warranties, and parts inventory.
