Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
A family-owned machine shop is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment in the shop.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance on CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and Haas machines.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Assist with general facilities tasks as needed, including painting, carpentry, and light maintenance.
- Execute preventive maintenance duties and provide customer service as required.
Essential Skills
- Experience in CNC maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- 2+ years of experience maintaining CNC machines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- General carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and HVAC experience is a plus.

Work Environment
Work on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 5/6 AM to 3:30/4:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime. Enjoy a climate-controlled environment, though some areas may be loud. Join a team of 35 employees in a mix of office and production settings.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ham Lake, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
