Maintenance Supervisor – Minerva, OH

Compensation: $85,000–$90,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility in Minerva, Ohio. This role will supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance, support production operations, and ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, train, coach, schedule, and develop maintenance employees.
- Oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for production equipment and facility systems.
- Monitor maintenance performance and provide direction, feedback, and support.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet productivity, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate shift operations, allocate resources, and resolve maintenance issues.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and implement cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, logs, and documentation.
- Support technical process control and quality process control.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, safety requirements, and applicable facility codes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
\n

- Associate's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of plant engineering and general maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CNC turning equipment.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and applicable codes and regulations.
- Experience working with EPA and OSHA compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills.
