Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the senior client-facing leader for hyperscale/enterprise data center construction projects, traveling to project sites as the primary point of oversight and accountability.
- Manage multiple concurrent data center builds, coordinating across general contractors, MEP trades, and specialty subcontractors.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management, escalating and resolving issues that arise on-site.
- Lead pre-construction planning, constructability reviews, and commissioning coordination for mission-critical infrastructure (power, cooling, redundancy systems).
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through regular on-site visits and face-to-face meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control protocols, and local jurisdictional requirements at each site.
- Mentor and support site-based project management and superintendent teams.
- Provide regular project status reporting to executive leadership and clients.
