What You'll Do

• Review and validate maintenance activities completed within online banking and treasury management systems.
• Compare requests against completed transactions for accuracy.
• Audit documentation and system changes.
• Research discrepancies and ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and document retention processes.
• Work across multiple systems and applications each day.
• Support quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives.
