About This Role
Join a close-knit team at one of San Francisco's premier luxury retail flagships. This isn't a static post. You'll be the first face guests see and the calm presence on a busy floor. If you take pride in looking sharp, reading a room and handling crowds with confidence, this role fits you.
Schedule & Pay
- Thursday-Sunday, 10:30 AM - 7:15 PM (about 32 hours/week)
- $26.50/hr
- Add: weekly pay / uniform provided / referral bonus, if applicable
What You'll Do
- Greet guests at the entrance and stay a visible, alert presence on the floor
- Manage guest flow during peak hours, product launches and special events
- Calmly de-escalate disruptive situations
- Handle access control, log deliveries and track high-value merchandise
- Partner with store leadership on incident reports and daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Valid California Guard Card (BSIS), or one in process and active before your first shift
- 1+ year in security, law enforcement, military, corrections, events or hospitality (retail or crowd-control experience is a big plus)
- Calm under pressure, strong communicator, professional appearance
- Dependable and on time, every shift
