Our Madison-based client is searching for an entry level Commercial Property /Leasing Manager. You will oversee leasing activities for a small team managing office buildings, mixed-use developments, and retail spaces. This role focuses on lease negotiation, tenant relations, contract management, and property management to maximize occupancy and maintain positive tenant engagement.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate commercial leases with prospective and current tenants
- Maintain strong tenant relationships and address tenant concerns promptly
- Manage lease contracts and ensure compliance with terms
- Coordinate property management activities to support leasing goals
- Collaborate with a small leasing team to meet occupancy targets
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in commercial leasing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of commercial lease agreements
- Strong negotiation skills
