LEASING CONSULTANT
Aurora, IL | ️ Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm & Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
| Up to $19/Hour DOE

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant with a background in market rate properties? We’re looking for a professional, organized, and resident-focused Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community in Aurora, IL (60504).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist prospective residents with the leasing process
- Conduct property tours and explain available apartment homes
- Process applications and complete leasing paperwork
- Resident relations; Respond to resident questions and requests
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
- General office duties
- Coordinate appointments, move-ins, and move-outs
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with general office and property management duties
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required experience:
- Previous Leasing Consultant or Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with computers and property management software
PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: Up to $19/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00am–6:00pm & Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
