- Perform engineering work in operations, production, construction, or maintenance environments to support high-quality product delivery.
- Design and scale up manufacturing processes, instruments, and equipment used in embedded and software-based systems.
- Plan, design, and estimate time and cost for engineering projects, including construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, systems, and components.
- Test manufactured products, including embedded software and hardware, to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Analyze and develop solutions to engineering problems related to manufacturing equipment and systems, including investigating causes of component or system failures.
- Develop, document, and apply engineering standards, procedures, and best practices within the test and verification domain.
- Use embedded systems and software testing techniques to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of products.
- Interact with hardware using network protocols, digital signal analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment to troubleshoot and validate system behavior.
- Apply basic testing concepts and methodologies to create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical input on verification strategies and issue resolution.
- Use professional judgment based on established practices and previous experience to make decisions and solve problems independently.
