Maintenance Assistant
<ul>
<li>Strongly prefer fluency in Spanish and English</li>
<li>Maintaining grounds by clearing leaves, debri and paths when necessary</li>
<li>Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery</li>
<li>Completing scheduled maintenance tasks</li>
<li>Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing</li>
<li>Providing information and advice on maintenance issues to Residents and Management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Delivering excellent customer service</li>
<li>Painting and decorating or conducting repairs to flooring and other fittings</li>
<li>Ensuring rooms are maintained and fully equipped</li>
<li>Assisting Maintenance Supervisor and team with maintaining all grounds, buildings and areas</li>
