Job Title: General Superintendent — Parks, Amenities & Site Development
Location: Missouri City, Texas
Overview:
Ready to lead field ops for a landscape-forward GC that's actually growing — not just posting the role to fill a gap? We're a landscape architecture–led general contractor building parks, HOA amenity centers, splash pads, plazas, and community spaces across Texas (Houston, Dallas, and Central Texas).
What you will be doing:
- Field leadership across multiple concurrent active projects
- Subcontractors, self-perform crews, daily site activity — schedule and quality on the line
- Primary field contact for owners, architects, and landscape architects
- Safety and OSHA compliance across the portfolio
- Mentoring assistant supers and trade leads
- Field input into preconstruction — schedules, logistics, phasing
What you must have:
- 4+ years superintendent experience, commercial GC background required
- Parks, amenity centers, site development, or landscape-forward project experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record running multiple projects at once in a single market
- OSHA 30 required; Procore or similar a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Austin/San Antonio metro

Salary/Rate Range: $90K–$130K + vehicle & phone allowance
