We're seeking highly professional Armed Security Professionals who can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and confidently manage challenging situations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
What You'll Do
• Conducting patrols and security checks
• Monitoring entrances, exits, and controlled access points
• Screening for prohibited items and enforcing site policies
• Responding quickly to incidents and emergencies
• Assessing situations and making sound decisions under pressure
• Utilizing de-escalation techniques
• Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency responders
• Monitoring security systems, surveillance equipment, and alarms
• Maintaining accurate incident and activity reports
• Providing a visible and professional security presence
Required Qualifications
• Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 Certification
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Clean criminal background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
• 3–4 years of security experience
• Armed security experience
• Experience in upscale nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, or high-traffic environments
• Experience with surveillance systems and security technology
• Military, law enforcement, executive protection, or professional security background
