Position: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $37.00
Shift: 2-2-3 rotating shifts (7pm to 7am)
Location: Sturtevant, WI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician to start IMMEDIATELY at $37.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company standards
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and address equipment inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot complex issues with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic systems
- Support machine changeovers with minimal downtime and coordinate plant equipment repairs
- Maintain accurate records for SAP parts management and work orders
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Technical School certification preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in plastics technology or similar field
- Strong mechanical maintenance skills with knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Capable of working independently, prioritizing multiple projects, and working in fast-paced environments
Skills
- Mechanical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance
- Lockout/tag out procedures, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting
- Changeover optimization, VENDORS & contractors coordination
- Operational improvements (downtime, line speed, spoilage)
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, safety policies
