Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable A/C Technician to join our apartment community team in a dual role that includes general property maintenance. Someone that appreciates a set schedule in one location and ability to go home most nights without on call all the time. Someone that appreciates a team that will ensure they have the tools needed to complete a job every time.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of A/C experience
Licensed HVAC technician
Proven ability to:
Replace compressors, coils, and complete A/C units
Must have own tools
Strong work ethic, ability to stay focused, and work independently
Excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents and staff
Team-oriented attitude

Additional Responsibilities:

Willingness to learn and assist with general property maintenance, including:
Appliance repairs
Pool maintenance
Drywall and painting
Miscellaneous repairs around the property
