Hardware Technician
Position – Hardware Technician
Job Location – Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday: 5:00 A.M-2:00 P.M; Friday: 6:00 A.M-10:00 A.M
Starting Pay – $19.50

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Use knowledge of power/hand tools to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair steel poles
- Use MIG welding skills to weld handles and bend poles to proper specifications
- Cut wire to appropriate lengths and customer specifications
- Use machine shop/tool fabrication experience as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a hardware technician
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent measuring skills, experience with hand and power tools, and MIG welding experience
- Experience with machine shops and fabrication
- Ability to read schematics
