Job Summary
We are looking for individuals to join our client’s team as Maintenance Technician II. This position will be responsible for General office and Production floor assemblies, office/manufacturing repairs, and maintenance logistics. Through the use of Predictive Maintenance, the Technician will be responsible for capturing Thermal, Vibration, and Temperature data at the correct maintenance intervals prescribed. The Technician is also responsible for responding to maintenance requests that are submitted to the Facilities team from other departments. It is expected to adhere to all ZT policy and procedures, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Job Description
- Assemble and repair all test center work benches, chairs, and assemblies.
- Fixture/motor replacement only (plug and play devices 120 AC/DC)
- Tool Calibration
- Plumbing skills (rest room fixtures, PVC, Copper, and modular plumbing)
- Basic sheet metal skills (bending, breaking and fabrication to print)
- Preventative and Predictive maintenance skills
- Spill response (HAZMAT)
- Welding (MIG, TIG and STICK)
- Knowledge of basic codes (OSHA, Building and electrical)
- Conveyance (skate, roller and belt)
Skills Required
- Competent in the use of hand tools (wrenches, screw drivers, hand saws etc.,)
- Proper operation of power tools (drills, saws, grinders etc.,)
- Able to understand both written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills (outlook, MS teams, MS office)
- Fork truck/pallet Jack and arial lift operator.
- Multimeter operation
- CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management system)
- Shop equipment (Drill Press, sheet metal brake, welder, milling machine,3 jaw lathe, horizontal saw and metal working machine)
- Comfortable working at heights, confined and tight spaces and inclement weather such as hot and cold areas.
- Minimum of 3 years in related field.

Pay Rate
- $20 per hour
