Community Manager – Large Apartment Community

First Choice Management Group is seeking an accomplished Community Manager to lead a premier apartment community. This role requires a confident, experienced leader who understands the standards, service level, and operational excellence expected in a Class A environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational oversight of a luxury community
- Lead, coach, and elevate a high‐performing onsite team
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction
- Ensure five‐star presentation and hospitality‐level service
- Manage financial performance, reporting, and budgeting
- Maintain compliance, vendor relationships, and risk management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful Property Manager experience
- Proven leadership presence with strong communication skills
- Experience in large (200+) communities strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to improve performance and lead teams
- Organized, decisive, and able to manage complex operations
