In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime.
Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Document maintenance activities and complete work orders accurately.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company safety procedures.
Schedule:
1st Shift: 7:00am- 3:00pm Monday–Friday
Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience)
Maintenance Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.
