The ideal candidate will be able to operate farm tractors/equipment, possess a basic mechanical knowledge and have experience in various maintenance tasks, including basic electrical work, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Condition, screen and maintain training track for race horses
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Experience in general repair tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with tenants and management effectively.
