Coneth Solutions, Inc. is a managed IT services and cybersecurity firm located in California's Central Valley.
We provide managed IT services, automated support, and IT consulting for small and medium-sized businesses with under 100 endpoints throughout Northern California.
We are looking for an IT Support Professional to provide end-user helpdesk, desktop support, and server and network administration. Approximately 80% to 90% of support is conducted over the phone using remote access and support tools. Responsibilities also include staging, setup, and installation of desktop, server, and network equipment at customer sites, accounting for approximately 10% to 20% of the position.
This is a fully onsite position and a great opportunity to build an IT career in the Central Valley with little or no commute!
Experience and Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or network administration is required.
- Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience using Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools, Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms, and IT documentation management systems are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience supporting multiple client environments and managing a variety of technical issues across different businesses is a major plus.
- A BA or BS degree - Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Business with an emphasis in CIS is preferred.
- Technical school and community college graduates specializing in IT are also encouraged to apply.
- Vendor certifications such as COMPTIA, MCSE, MCSA, A+, CCNA etc. are a plus.
- Excellent communication, customer service, phone, and written skills are required.
- Candidates must pass a qualifying technical assessment exam.
