We are seeking a motivated super-geek to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a self motivator with ownership and accountability traits who doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting dirty. In depth experience within the MSP world with roles/specialties in NOC, System/Backup/Network Administration, and Implementation Specialist with a focus on not only System and Network, but also Line of Business Applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Perform proactive and reactive services for our customers to ensure stability inline with best practices and compliance
- Proactively reviewing customer environments and architecture to provide recommend opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Amazing customer service skills with the ability to communicate well over the phone
- Positive, upbeat, and professional
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Must be proficient in Windows Protocols, RMM, Servers, Networking, Firewalls, and Security Protection(s)
- Batch and/or Powershell Scripting
- MCSE, Azure, and Office 365 Certification a plus
