We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, vacant turns and other required tasks. Experience in the apartment industry and HVAC certification preferred. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. Equal Employment Opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely manner
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining good resident relations

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Reliable means of transportation
• Professional appearance
• Proven ability to be prompt and on time every day
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, as needed
• Follow all confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety requirements
• Required to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
