Now Hiring: Maintenance Assistant

Full Time | 8am-4:30pm | $18-$20/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our rehabilitation and nursing center. Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
