Responsibilities

• Aggregate product quality data from diverse internal and external platforms.

\n

• Analyze customer reviews, return data, and direct feedback to identify actionable product quality and customer satisfaction insights.

\n

• Design, build, and maintain reports covering quality metrics, vendor performance, and product history.

\n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the capture, visualization, and communication of quality data to senior leadership.

\n

• Coordinate departmental operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, chargebacks, vendor documentation, factory approvals, business continuity records, meeting scheduling, and team recaps.

Requirements

\n

\n
• 2–5 years of related professional experience, including experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

\n

• Ability to work onsite in New York City 2–3 days per week, particularly during onboarding and cross-functional collaboration.

\n

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present synthesized data to senior leadership.

\n

• Strong data analysis, reporting, organization, and administrative skills.

\n

• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and able to meet demanding retail deadlines.
