Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their selling goals and needs
• Conduct listing consultations and property evaluations
• Develop pricing strategies to help properties stand out in the market
• Prepare listing agreements and guide sellers through the listing process
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful outcomes
• Follow up with seller leads and clients using our CRM and sales systems
• Build referrals and repeat business through exceptional service
• Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Listing or sales experience preferred
• Skilled in market analysis and pricing
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused
