The Data Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, visualize, and report on business and operational data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tableau and be comfortable turning data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for business and operational teams.
- Create data visualizations that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist with data collection, cleaning, validation, and quality assurance.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and internal stakeholders.
- Work with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify trends or anomalies.
- Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and other departments on data-related projects.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and analytical methodologies.
- Support continuous improvements to reporting and analytics processes.

Minimum Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Tableau is required, including creating dashboards, visualizations, filters, and calculated fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
