Compensation:
$36,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions.
- Support real estate agents by managing schedules, appointments, and client communications.
- Maintain and update property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials to promote properties effectively.
- Facilitate communication between clients, agents, and third-party vendors to streamline processes.
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met for successful closings.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval of information when needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email.
- Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
