Acloché is currently hiring Janitors for a leading automotive supplier in Sunbury, Ohio!

Position Summary:The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility. This role supports daily operations by ensuring offices, restrooms, break rooms, work areas, and common spaces are clean, stocked, and well-maintained for employees and visitors.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility.
- Clean, dust, and sanitize offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, fixtures, and floors.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock restroom and kitchen supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, hallways, windows, and other assigned areas.
- Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or repair needs to management.
- Perform basic facility maintenance and handyman tasks as needed.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and proper procedures for handling cleaning products and chemicals.
- Assist with other facility-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience required.
- Stable work history with reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing and industrial facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday
- 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Overtime as needed.
Pay:
- $17.00 per hour
