Our client, a premium apparel and denim brand, is looking for a Technical Designer to join their ever-growing team in Los Angeles, CA (onsite).

This role sits within the Men's Lifestyle (RTW) team, working closely with design and production to bring garments from concept to final fit. It's a collaborative environment where technical designers regularly support one another across categories, so you'll have the chance to flex into women's Lifestyle when workloads shift. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented technical designer who thrives on precision fit and cross-functional teamwork.

What you will be doing

Lead fit sessions and fittings for men's Lifestyle RTW, partnering with design and production to achieve brand-standard fit Build and maintain tech packs, spec sheets, and fit comments throughout the development process Communicate directly with overseas factories and vendors to resolve fit and construction issues Track garments through each fit stage, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround Collaborate with the broader technical design team, providing support on women's Lifestyle as needed when priorities shift

Proven technical design experience in men's RTW, ideally within a contemporary or premium lifestyle brand Confidence leading fittings independently and communicating fit intent clearly to design and factory partners Working knowledge of women's Lifestyle technical design, with willingness to support that category when needed Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple styles and deadlines at once A collaborative, team-first mindset suited to a fast-paced, supportive design environment
