\nJob Summary:\n
\n
\nPerforms the installation, maintenance, servicing, repairing, and rebuilding of all plant equipment including buildings and grounds.\n
\n
\nSupports manufacturing facility that runs 24/7\n
\n
\nHours: 6AM - 6PM and 10AM to 10PM\n
\n
\nDays: Rotate 4 On/4 Off (each 4 day block you work 2 days 6a-6p and 2 days 10a-10p)\n
\n
\nJob Duties:\n
\n
\nEffectively troubleshoot electrical, instrument and mechanical problems in the field.\n
\nUnderstand, execute and follow all life critical procedures in the execution of maintenance activities.\n
\nRepairs, installs and services all plant equipment.\n
\nInspects and repairs all buildings and grounds including underground services.\n
\nExecutes all tasks necessary as assigned to support plant operations\n
\nTests all work for proper operation prior to turnover to production.\n
\nProvides feedback to supervision pertaining to out of calibration instrumentation and any abnormal equipment observations.\n
\nMaintains a clean, organized shop and clean design practices during day to day work activities.\n
\nFollows planning/ scheduling protocols for the completion and documentation of work order status\n
\nAssists with LAN troubleshooting as required.\n
\nSupports BBS process by performing observations \n
\nSupports Loss Control policy, AIMS, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems.\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\nHS Diploma and 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance; prefer chemical manufacturing. \n
\nGeneral mechanical, electrical and fabrication experience with knowledge of PLCs and VFDs. \n
\nBasic skills in MS Office; knowledge of SAP preferred\n
\nMust be able to climb ladders and work at significant heights\n
\nMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; both to lift and carry.\n
\nMust be able to wear a respirator and enter confined spaces.\n
