- Lead and supervise daily operations of asphalt maintenance crews.
- Operate commercial sealcoating, crack filling, striping, and asphalt repair equipment.
- Coordinate crew assignments and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Maintain quality control and company standards on all projects.
- Communicate with customers and management regarding job progress.
- Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Ensure job sites remain organized, safe, and professional.
- Complete daily paperwork, time tracking, and production reports.
