Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance activities across the cement plant to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations
- Lead daily maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for kilns, mills, crushers, conveyors, fans, pumps, baghouses, and other plant equipment
- Manage a team of maintenance supervisors, mechanics, electricians, and contractors
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures quickly to minimize production interruptions
- Partner with production, operations, and reliability teams to coordinate maintenance work and shutdown planning
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, work order completion, and maintenance costs
- Oversee spare parts inventory, critical spares strategy, and maintenance purchasing to support plant uptime
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including lockout/tagout and confined space procedures
- Support and manage major shutdowns, rebuilds, and capital projects
- Review equipment condition, identify root causes of recurring failures, and drive long term corrective actions
- Manage maintenance budgets, labor utilization, contractor performance, and cost control
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure maintenance work is performed in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS/EAM system and drive disciplined work order management

Requirements:
\n
\n

- Must have 10+ years maintenance experience, cement plant experience preferred
- Must have 5+ years management/supervisory experience
- Must have a degree, mechanical engineering preferred
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
