W2 Contract – 8 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $24.75/hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Work Model: Onsite role
1–2 years of software development experience; internships are acceptable.
Note: This is a W2 only role — C2C, C2H will not be considered
Summary of the Role:
BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Software Developer (Entry Level) to join our client’s site in San Angelo, TX. This role will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications, databases, and web-based solutions.
This position is ideal for a candidate with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in VBScript, SQL, C#, .NET, and CSS/HTML. The successful candidate will work closely with the systems team, business stakeholders, and senior developers to design, troubleshoot, and improve software solutions that support operational and business needs.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain GxP-regulated systems and applications using VBScript, C#, SQL, and HTML.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, reports, and database objects.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support incident resolution activities.
- Assist with Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables, including:

- Requirements Specifications
- Functional Specifications
- Test Scripts
- Validation Protocols
- Traceability Matrices
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and change management activities.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with GxP and internal quality procedures.
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to implement system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and Data Integrity principles..
Main Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of software development experience; internships are acceptable.
- Knowledge of: VBScript | C# | SQL Server / T-SQL | HTML
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
