Qualifications We Value:

  1. Active Virginia OR North Carolina Real Estate License (Strictly Required). (Note: Being dual-licensed in both states is a significant advantage!)
  2. In-depth knowledge of the local cross-border markets, specifically Chesapeake, VA, as well as Moyock, Elizabeth City, Hertford, and South Mills, NC.
  3. Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new CRM platforms and digital real estate tools.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
