Kingsley Security is hiring an experienced Part-Time Security Supervisor for a prestigious luxury residential condominium in Miami, FL 33132.

This is a part-time supervisory position ideal for an experienced security professional looking for consistent weekend/early-week overnight work in a professional luxury residential environment.
We are seeking a dependable and professional Security Supervisor with 5+ years of security experience who can lead by example, maintain a strong security presence, and provide exceptional service to residents and guests.
Spanish is a plus!
Position Details
- Position: Part-Time Security Supervisor
- Schedule: Sunday & Monday
- Shift: Overnight / Graveyard
- Location: Miami, FL 33132
- Pay: $20+ per hour
- Experience: 5+ years of security experience
- Florida Class D License: Required
- Spanish: A plus
What You’ll DoSupervision & Leadership
- Supervise and support security officers during the overnight shift
- Conduct shift briefings and communicate important information
- Ensure officers are properly staffed and remain attentive at their assigned posts
- Monitor officer performance, appearance, attendance, and compliance
- Conduct regular security inspections and patrols
- Review daily activity and incident reports
- Coach officers on proper procedures and professional standards
- Communicate operational issues to management
- Ensure all company and property policies are followed
Security Operations
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Monitor access control and building entrances
- Manage resident, guest, vendor, contractor, and delivery access
- Conduct interior, exterior, garage, amenity, and perimeter patrols
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Identify and report potential security concerns
- De-escalate situations calmly and professionally
- Coordinate with emergency services when necessary
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding residents and property operations
Luxury Residential Customer Service
This is a white-glove security environment where professionalism and customer service are just as important as security awareness.
You will:
- Greet residents and guests professionally
- Maintain a polished lobby/security-desk presence
- Assist residents and visitors courteously
- Coordinate with concierge, valet, maintenance, and property management
- Handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Protect resident privacy and confidential information
- Represent Kingsley Security professionally at all times
Requirements
- 5+ years of verifiable security experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Active Florida Class D Security License
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent observation and situational-awareness skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Strong report-writing abilities
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming
- Clean background and professional references
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Must be available to work Sunday and Monday overnight shifts
Spanish Is a Plus
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus and may be beneficial when interacting with residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
