Property Manager – Multifamily Community

An established property management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multifamily residential community.
Responsibilities:

Lead and support office and maintenance staff.

Oversee leasing, occupancy, collections, and unit readiness.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing regulations.

Manage vendors and maintain property standards.

Communicate proactively and follow through consistently.
Qualifications:

VERY strong organizational skills are a must.

Multifamily property management experience required.

LIHTC or affordable housing experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage priorities and handle challenging situations professionally.
