Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for skilled APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS to join our team to work at various multi-family sites throughout the Waco area.
Responsibilities include:

Perform daily maintenance and repairs in apartment homes, common areas, and throughout the property, including unit preparation, painting, and grounds work.

Complete move-in and move-out inspections and document the condition of apartment units.

Assist residents with maintenance-related requests, including lockouts, and report property concerns to the Site Manager as needed.

Conduct routine safety inspections and follow safe work practices.

Perform general plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and other maintenance repairs.

Maintain the property's key and lock system, including changing locks as needed.

Install and replace appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers.

Complete assigned work orders accurately and on time.

Provide courteous customer service and respond to resident maintenance requests.

Perform routine maintenance of the pool, spa, and other community amenities.
Requirements:

HVAC/EPA certification required .

Experience in apartment maintenance or related experience preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability lift up to 50 lbs. push and pull up to 100 lbs. daily, climb stairs and ladders and reach for supplies and perform overhead painting.

Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out both verbal and written instructions and directions.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
$24-25/hour
