West Tennessee | $41.00 - $46.00 hourly depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage commercial and industrial electrical projects from award through completion
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and inspectors
  • Develop project schedules and manage budgets, manpower, and materials
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate field operations
  • Monitor project profitability and ensure successful project execution
  • Manage RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout documentation
  • Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service
  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field leaders while supporting their professional growth

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
  • 3+ years managing electrical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and commercial construction practices
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience reading plans, specifications, and project schedules
