What you'll be doing:
- Manage commercial and industrial electrical projects from award through completion
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Develop project schedules and manage budgets, manpower, and materials
- Lead project meetings and coordinate field operations
- Monitor project profitability and ensure successful project execution
- Manage RFIs, change orders, permits, inspections, and closeout documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and field leaders while supporting their professional growth
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- 3+ years managing electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and commercial construction practices
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience reading plans, specifications, and project schedules
