We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Supervisor NO On-Calls &amp; NO Weekends!
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
<ul>
<li>HVAC certified a PLUS</li>
<li>Must have previous (property management) experience.</li>
<li>Requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>Attendance is an imperative job function.</li>
<li>Great customer service</li>
<li>Multitasking ability</li>
<li>Flexible work schedule</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>To ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.</li>
<li>Ensure all turns are completed on time and ready for move in</li>
<li>Implement preventative maintenance program and oversee it.</li>
<li>Make sure that maintenance personnel understand and comply with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA safety rules.</li>
</ul>
